Terms & Conditions

Terms & conditions for the supply of goods through Curtis Australia online store.  By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced based on and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

By accessing and using our website to purchase merchandise through our online store you agree to be bound, which indicates your agreement to follow and to bound by these terms and conditions. 


Refund Policy 

Orders Placed Through This Website

You may cancel your order for a full refund for any reason at any point up until the 30th day after receiving your order. This refund is only available if the item is unworn, in an original condition and is returned with its original packaging and certificate(s). You should also include proof of purchase. Please note that all jewellery returned will be checked by our experts to ensure it is as originally sent, by us to you, before a refund is processed.

Bespoke Items

These are items we have created especially for you or to your requirements. Bespoke items are not covered by our 30 day refund policy.

Faulty And Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive your item(s) in a faulty or damaged state, please notify us as soon as possible, these items will be dealt with in accordance with our returns procedure. Any item that is found to be damaged or faulty which is not our fault will be charged at the appropriate rate.

Return Instructions

To return your order you must notify us first in writing at [email protected]

Please ensure items are returned within 5 working days of notification of return for a full refund or exchange (subject to the conditions above). We aim to make the refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.

Any items being returned should be returned via Australia post Express post at your expense, to Curtis Australia, P.O Box 1198, Bairnsdale, Victoria 3875, Australia.

Please ensure that you fully insure the item(s), as the parcel will be in your responsibility until we sign for it.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for items which are lost on their return to us so please be sure to retain your proof of posting.

Returns Overseas

We do accept returns on orders placed outside of Australia. 

It will be your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us, and at your own cost.

Cancellation

You, the Customer, may cancel an order only with our written consent. In the event of an approved cancellation, and where we have incurred costs and expenses that cannot reasonably be recovered, Customer will pay us for all such costs and expenses, which may include costs of related raw materials, packaging, and other items dedicated to Products. We reserve the right to cancel a Customer Order without obligation or liability upon notice to you, the customer.

Errors & Omissions

Please note, we take every effort to make sure product pricing, information and descriptions on our website and within emails or printed materials are correct. Occasionally though, we will make a mistake which may lead to us contacting you to correct the error. We reserve the right to withdraw a product from sale and refund appropriately.
